Assistant Manager International Partnerships

Responsibilities:

  • Administer established processes and procedures for institutional partnerships.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates are made to the centralised institutional partnership database, tracking sheets, partnership proposals, and due diligence records.
  • Provide administrative support for establishing new institutional partners, e.g., preparing agreements, MoUs, articulation, and dual degree partnerships.
  • Execute approved partners' engagement strategies to maintain an active relationship with institutional partners.
  • Track and monitor expenses to ensure operations are within the established budget for each activity.
  • Conceptualise and develop short programmes with various university departments, industry partners, and student bodies for international students.
  • In charge of logistics planning and arrangements for short programmes
  • Lead the execution of short programmes and ensure programmes are executed in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the administration and compliance of short programmes.
  • Use the management template to report on programme finances and conversion rates and proposed improvement measures.
  • Design, conduct, and review programme satisfaction surveys completed by participants, lecturers, and industry partners.
  • Review and provide feedback on work structure and procedures for institutional partnerships management.
  • Conceptualise and produce promotional materials relating to international partnerships and short programmes, e.g., factsheets, flyers, booklets, websites, etc.
  • Organise and host visits by institutional partners or industry partners.
  • Conduct market research for international management and short programmes as and when assigned by reporting managers.
  • Support and conduct talks and events to promote outbound student exchange or short programmes offered by institutional partners.
  • Provide administrative support to the International Partnerships business unit as assigned by the Manager, International Partnerships. 

Criteria:

  • Bachelor-level degree with a marketing major (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • High-level communication skills, both verbal and written in the prevailing language of the market with people from a diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Significant experience in administration and educational marketing Well-developed skills in networking with a diverse group of clients
  • High-level IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
